Organic Canadian Maple Syrup Maple Farm DARK (Grade A/Class “A”) in a large package (1L).

Maple syrup is a perfect choice for those with a sweet tooth. It’s healthier than regular refined sugar yet offers a rich, sweet, and caramel-like taste.

Produced through evaporation of water from maple sap, maple syrup is sourced primarily from sugar maple, black maple, and red maple trees. The Norway maple, native to Estonia, is generally not suitable for syrup production.

Beyond its role as a sweetener, maple syrup boasts surprising healing properties, making it suitable even for those with diabetes. It provides essential energy in the form of glucose, crucial for proper bodily function. Unlike refined sugars, maple syrup’s glucose is beneficial and easily absorbed, also helping to mineralize the blood and support brain function and the nervous system.
