Hand-harvested, 100% natural, and a potent mineral source straight from the shores of Ireland. Whole strips are also perfect for eating straight from the pack – just rinse under running water if desired.

Organic Atlantic Dulse seaweed(Palmaria palmata, Irish Dillisk) comes from Ireland. It is a family-run business, where seafood has been harvested and dried for four generations.
This healthy seaweed is perfect for any kitchen. Dulse offers a distinctive salty and rich flavor without the concentration of sodium. Dulse’s whole strips are especially nice to grab straight from the package, rinse lightly under water and then enjoy a savoury and healthy taste experience!
Dulse is typically harvested from June to September. After harvesting, the dulse is rinsed to remove shellfish and other small particles, then laid out to dry. In Ireland, Iceland, eastern Canada, and the northeastern USA, where Atlantic dulse is harvested, it is widely used both as food and as a medicinal herb. It can be found in many health food shops and fish markets. In the South-West Ireland, dulse is eaten straight from the packet as a delicious snack without being cooked, but it can also be used in pastries and other dishes.
All Wild Irish Seaweed products are organic and undergo regular laboratory testing to determine the presence and concentration of heavy metals and other undesirable elements.

WHAT DOES MEDICAL MEDIUM ANTHONY WILLIAM SAY ABOUT DULSE?
On his website, Anthony William writes: Dulse from the Atlantic Ocean is excellent at removing toxic heavy metals, radiation, pesticides and other toxins from the body. Atlantic dulse is one of the five main components of the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.
Dulse binds to mercury, lead, aluminium, copper, cadmium and nickel. Dulse is very effective in removing mercury. It moves into the deep recesses of the digestive system and intestines, seeks out the mercury, binds it to itself and does not let go until it leaves the body.
The iodine in Atlantic dulse can be a great help in strengthening the immune system. It acts as an antiseptic in the thyroid, working with zinc to halt viral infections and reduce thyroid inflammation. Seaweeds such as dulse also help to protect the thyroid from the effects of harmful radiation and remove old radiation from the thyroid.
Atlantic dulse helps improve liver bile production, helps with nutrient deficiencies and helps protect the body against pathogens.
The Medical Medium recommend consuming two tablespoons of dulse flakes or an equivalent amount of whole leaves per day.
NB! This is a natural product – it may contain small amounts of sand or shellfish residues! If you find it in a package, simply remove it and wash the seaweed before eating.
