How to use oregano oil capsules?

• Directions for use: take 1 capsule with water 2 times daily. 1 capsule. Recommended maximum duration of use is 2-4 weeks.
• Storage: keep the product in a cool and dark place. For example, in a locked kitchen cupboard out of the reach of children. Keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This will not affect the quality of the product.
  
• Contraindications: do not use during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Do not use in lactation, breast-feeding, breast-feeding, breast-feeding, breast-feeding or if taking medication.

One capsule contains: 32 mg of hair crool and thymol, equivalent to 2400 mg of dried herb. Other ingredients: sunflower lecithin and vegan capsule (hypromellose).
