All Atlantic Ocean seaweeds are rich in beneficial minerals and vitamins. Seaweeds have the ability to neutralise toxic substances they come into contact with in water and draw toxins out of the human body.
All Wild Irish Seaweed products are organic and the baskets are regularly laboratory tested for heavy metals and other unnecessary elements, as well as other contaminants.
Storage suggestions
Store the packaging at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Close the packaging after use. Exposure to moisture may change the texture of the algae.
Wild Irish seaweed sea salads are free from additives, gluten and GMOs.

Rehydrated: soak sea lettuce mixture in cold water for 10 minutes. Shake dry and enjoy.
Fresh (dried): Rinse gently under running water.
Shake dry and enjoy as a savoury snack.
NB! This is a natural product – it may contain small amounts of sand or shellfish residues! If you find any unsuitable residue in the pack, simply remove it and wash the seaweed before eating

User manual: | Soak the seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes and wash before use. Cut the Kombu seaweed into small pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 5-10 minutes until the seaweed is crispy. Serving suggestions: crush the crispy pieces of seaweed and use them on baked potatoes, pizzas, pasta dishes and salads |
