Green lentils can also be used to make vegetable patties by blending cooked lentils with various vegetables and spices. Onion and garlic powder add distinctive flavor to the patties, while turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon highlight Asian taste profiles.

Lentils are also an excellent ingredient for dips and spreads. By adding spices, herbs, and vegetables like carrots and garlic to cooked lentils, you can easily create a healthy and flavorful dip by simply blending the mixture.

PREPARATION
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes. Use 1 part lentils to 2 parts water. Rinse before use; no need to soak.
