Sea salad is a mixture of red, brown and green seaweed. The seaweed mix includes five different seaweeds (dulse, wakame, kelp, nori and sea lettuce), which balance each other in terms of saltiness and flavour. Seaweeds are chopped into bite-sized pieces.<\/p>\n
You can have the seaweed mix as a snack or add it to soups, stews, stir-fry dishes and broths.<\/p>\n
