Try this blueberry latte! Indeed, blueberries can be used to make a wholesome, airy latte drink that&#8217;s refreshing for the body without a gram of caffeine. All you need is wild blueberries (fresh or frozen), a good-tasting herbal milk and a little honey and cinnamon. But since your eye (or rather your taste buds) is king, try it for yourself, it&#8217;s a breeze!     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Servings: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1-2 cups<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Preparation time: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 minutes<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Difficulty: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Easy<br \/>\n<\/span><b>For prepare you need: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">160 ml water (\u00be cup) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">130 ml of <a href=\"https:\/\/purenature.ee\/toode\/gluten-free-and-sugar-free-oat-drink-1l\/\">herbal milk<\/a> (\u00bd cup)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g frozen and <a href=\"https:\/\/old.elusvali.ee\/toode\/kulmutatud-kanada-metsmustikas-136kg\/\">thawed wild blueberries<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1-2 teaspoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/purenature.ee\/toode\/100-estonian-plant-honey-430g\/\">honey <\/a> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/purenature.ee\/toode\/organic-ceylon-cinnamon-140g-biomenu\/\">cinnamon <\/a> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc teaspoon ground cardamom (optional) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make it?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place all the ingredients (except the cinnamon and cardamom!) in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a smaller pot or saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and pour the drink through a fine sieve into cups (if you don&#8217;t mind blueberry seeds, you can skip the sieve stage).   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drizzle a little cinnamon and cardamom over the drink and enjoy immediately. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>NB!<\/strong> If you want a particularly frothy result, take a little more milk and whisk it with the milk frother.
