Flavour is added by a variety of fresh and dried herbs, and the vegetables require no oil for roasting.   Try it for yourself!  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Servings: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3-4 people<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Preparation time: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 minutes<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Difficulty: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Easy<br \/>\n<\/span><b>To prepare you will need: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b><i>For vegetables: <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">700 g potatoes <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 medium-sized red peppers <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 jar\/pack of chickpeas (drained) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 red onions <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 teaspoons <a href=\"https:\/\/purenature.ee\/toode\/organic-oregano70g-biomenu-spices\/\">dried oregano <\/a> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 teaspoons dried basil  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 teaspoons <a href=\"https:\/\/purenature.ee\/toode\/organic-garlic-powder-210g-biomenu\/\">garlic powder<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt (to taste) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>For the cashow cream: <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 g Indian nuts + water for soaking <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">140 ml water (add more if necessary, but make sure the cream does not turn into a liquid sauce!) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 ml lemon juice <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 clove garlic <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">350-450 g fresh cucumber (grated) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 g fresh dill <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">35 g green onions <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sea salt (to taste) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to prepare vegetables?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, put the cashow in hot water (about 15 minutes is enough). Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper and prepare the vegetables. To do this, wash and chop the potatoes, onions and peppers, and drain and rinse the chickpeas under running water. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and add the seasonings. Mix thoroughly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast the vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.      <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the cashow cream. To do this, crush the nuts and place them in a blender with the rest of the cream ingredients. Blend until the cream reaches an even, silky texture. Pour the cream into a bowl and add the chopped green onion, dill and grated fresh cucumber.    NB! Squeeze the excess water out of the grated cucumber beforehand to prevent the cream from becoming runny. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To serve, place the cashow cream on the plate first and then top with the roasted vegetables.
