Description

Organic honey from the woodlands and bogs of Viljandi County

Unprocessed organic honey contains beneficial enzymes that help balance the gut microflora in the same way as probiotics. Honey speeds up the metabolism, inhibits the accumulation of fats in the body, boosts immunity, improves the hematopoiesis and disinfects wounds. Traditional medicine offers a wealth of advice on using honey and bee products to treat various ailments. Honey contains antioxidants that help against the infection-causing bacterium staphylococcus.
