Our fine gluten-free oats can be used just like regular oats – for porridge, baked granola, various cakes, and even as a dish coating.
All oats grown in the field are gluten-free, but the difference arises during production and processing. Gluten-free oats are produced in separate facilities to prevent contamination with gluten from other grains that freely circulates during production. Therefore, gluten-free oats are 100% pure and free from any cross-contamination.
