Gluten-free oat drink (also known colloquially as oat milk) is a drink made from gluten-free oatmeal and used as a plant-based milk substitute.

Oat drink can be used for almost all the same purposes as regular cow’s milk, such as making various baked goods, pouring over hot drinks, making smoothies and banana ice cream, etc.
